Technical Committee Update
N0IRM gave the following update:

The 442.275 repeater will change frequency to 442.425 to eliminate the intermod between the 442.275 and the 147.225 repeaters.  John Rayfield W0PM has offered to reprogram the repeater for us.

The 444.975 Stockton Lake repeater will be a UHF repeater that will bridge the gap between Nevada and Crane to give this link 100% reliability.  Total costs to complete this project will be around $570.

News and Announcements
The September meeting is the club picnic.  The Nixa City part will be the location again this year.  Club will provide drinks.  More will be announced prior to the meeting.

The hamfest exploratory committee has been selected to look into the possibility of the club conducting a hamfest or ham convention event.  Arlen Evins N6DDD, Jim Adkins KC0IYI, and Larry Grinstead WA0JZK are the committee members.
