As part of a high-altitude balloon project being run by several local
individuals (some of whom are ham-radio operators), a cross-band 2m/70cm
repeater will be flown on a small aircraft this Saturday. We would like
as many people as possible to check in to a net we will be running through
this repeater while it is airborne. The procedure will be similar to
working stations cross-band on satellite. If you've never worked
satellites before, this might be a good opportunity for you to learn
something about how it is done - DON'T BE SHY!
