Approval of minutes from last meeting
Jeff Kerr, KCØVGC filed the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as posted on the club website.
News and Announcements
News and Announcements
- James Adkins KB0NHX conducted a voice vote to re-affirm the nomination of Jeff Kerr to retain the office of Club Secretary. The vote was unanimous that Jeff Kerr is to retain the office of Club Secretary. There were no other nominations.
- James Adkins KB0NHX gave updates on the six meter repeater upgrade project. The structural analysis for the new location of the repeater main receive site has been completed and we are free to begin installation as soon as possible on the Greene County East TRS tower site. As part of this project the 927.5375 repeater will be relocated to the East TRS site.
- Kent Doucey N0IRM gave updates on the status of the re-installation of the HF station at the Nixa Fire Department Headquarters. Robert Kentch KC0WSE made a set of shelves for the desk to hold the radio gear at the HF station.
- James Adkins announced the unsolicited donation of an AT-100ProII and AT-600Pro autotuners from LDG for use at the Club HF station. Dwayne Kincade, the owner of LDG, contacted James Adkins KB0NHX after visiting the club's website and offered to help us any way he could. James explained our needs at the Club's HF station and Dwayne is sending two the two autotuners at no cost to the club.
