Jeff Morrissey and Jeff Kerr present Storm Spotting Experiences - Safety and Information. Jeff has been working in the Skywarn community as a storm spotter for many years and has many stories to tell. Jeff also operates the weather blog Ozarks Storms where he shares information about severe weather unique to the Ozarks.
